L'accueil de Ingrid est fabuleux, elle est au petits soins et a déjà pensé à tout sur place (possibilité mini-bar avec vins de la région, papier-ménage, épices et savon fournis en cuisine, même les couches-bébés pour pouvoir se baigner). The only person who spoke to us was the host’s husband, and he never gave us his name, even in person. We never saw or spoke to Madeleine. "What a gem! We had a lovely 2-night stay at Alparthotel surrounding one day of skiing at Champery. The hotel is lovely, quiet, and clean. It is an easy walk from the Chemin de Verger bus stop. We did not have a car and were able to walk to a Coop nearby (grocery store and restaurant). The rooms were comfortable and modern. Would definitely recommend!"

"Everything was great, the rooms are spotlessly clean and you have everything you need. A huge thank you to the receptionist for helping me with checkout and finding me Paulo to assist me with my luggage. I’d definitely recommend a stay here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

nice stay

"Very nice place. We had a lake view with a balcony. Even though it's an old building with radiator heating (no thermostat control, but you can control with the knob). The room was pretty spacious. It was very clean. It's located on a shopping street by the lake, lots of restaurants and shops around. The only thing was laundry service was cash only (CHF15 per small basket). If you need to borrow a charge adaptor the deposit is also cash. "
