"This is a beautifully furnished and restored house. The quality of the furnishings and kitchens and bath are excellent. The pool is beautiful and we loved the covered loggia area so you could lounge poolside but still have cover from the sun. Easy to get to several interesting towns including Montalcino, Pienza, Montepulciano. The house manager was very helpful and pre-shopped for groceries and is available to line up lots of activities. Definitely recommend a stay with family or friends."

"This house is very nice. It is centrally located outside Siena and good location to explore all over Tuscany. It is off the beaten path so you’ll definitely need a rental car. Even just to get there. It is remote. Which is a plus but also has some drawbacks. We went in March so pool was closed. Too cold to swim. House is several levels. "The views were beyond compare! Proximity to Castellina in Chianti was wonderful and the management team were responsive to a few issues. My main comment would be, especially considering the rental cost, that the furniture and kitchen supplies (dishes etc) needs upgrading and the quality of the beds/linens should be improved.
