"Extraordinary value for money. A spacious three-bedroom villa with breathtaking views, a large swimming pool, and plenty of space for me and five friends. Communication was excellent from the host throughout and we had a wonderful week here. I recommend this house wholeheartedly. "

"Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"très bel hôtel, accueil très chaleureux avec de bonnes explications. Petit dejeuner un peu cher mais ce sont des studios donc on peut tout faire sans passer par le bar. Plateau de courtoisie très sympa. Belle salle de bain, bref juste un bémol: il ne faisait pas très chaud. certes il était possible d'allumer un radiateur d'appoint. Environnement interieur très joli. A deux pas des arènes et du centre. Et en qualité/prix, tout à fait correct. Service bagagerie en plus. "
