"Robert’s apartment was ideal for our 9 day stay in Paihia. Loads of room in the apartment, and the location couldn’t have been better. We could walk to everything in town. The kitchen was well appointed, the bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was updated. Robert was responsive to all our questions and most accommodating. We would definitely rent this spot again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sanctuary Palms everything is set up to allow for a relaxing stay. The photos really don’t do it justice it is a beautiful home from home. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone. We were a little worried about negative reviews about the parking situation and yes, it is tight but it’s only a short walk to find plenty of free on street parking which we favoured so that our large rental car didn’t cause any bother to other guests. There was a general store nearby for some supplies, but most shopping required a bigger store. The location was near enough to Paihia for restaurants when we didn't feel like cooking. "Loved our stay here at this well appointed apartment tucked away in a quiet semi rural part of Kerikeri. Comfy beds, full kitchen and lovely lounge space to relax in. Outlook from the apartment is to a huge lawn with lots of trees. There was even an outside swinging day bed to relax on if weather permits, which it did for us! Also was great to meet our hosts who made us feel welcome. We would love to return next time we are headed north."
