"Good hotel with very efficient staff, even when unavoidably short of numbers. Make sure you understand the entry at night, as its a bit tricky. Center of Albi is a10/15 minute walk away."

"We paid for breakfast and it was terrible, as we went into breakfast room it was divided and walking up to table to get some cold hams and orange juice we were told we had to eat in other part of dining area where there was just bread and waffles and drinks. Everyone was sneaking through to get a yogurt or fresh juice the satff in breakfast area were very rude!! Never stay there look for something don’t always settle for the cheapest it’s not worth it , everyone who was English were complaining amongst themselves. Very disappointing!"

"Pros: a very basic room, comfortable and clean. Quite. Close to many dining options and shopping. Good breakfast. Easy check out. Friendly staff Cons: no onsite parking- some on street parking and parking garage nearby (decent price). really wasn't too bad -there was no one at the desk for check-in, it seemed odd. we had received an e-mail with the door code to get in the building and our key was in the room. It worked out fine, but just seemed weird "

"The hotel is exactly as pictured. It is in an excellent location literally 1-2 blocks from the historical sites/neighborhood. The front desk staff are so helpful and friendly. Great breakfast. "
