"I stayed in early June ( out of season in the area) the hotel was in effect closed, no staff there ( just someone who came to check us in ) so no bar or food. No option for breakfast. I think we were to only two staying there. It was a one night stay (thankfully) and in the morning we had no Hot Water, just packed and left as no staff around. I understand owners and staff want holidays in the off season but then they should just have closed the hotel for a few weeks. Only positive point was safe...

"El servicio y los responsables son amables y simpáticos pero el hotel no ofrece las comodidades mínimas para el tiempo en el que estamos. El hotel está entre la población de Barruera y Boí, es decir en la carretera. En ese punto no llega bien la cobertura y mucho menos 3 o 4G, seria de esperar que el hotel con esa ubicación ofreciera WIFI para sus clientes, pues no es así (decepcionante en los tiempos que corremos ahora). "Great hotel/resort. Pet friendly (we stay with our dog) and staff was really helpful too. Breakfast was good too.. Rooms does not have A/C. On the other hand, you have the Church Clock that bangs every hour 24/7 so you can hear in the night as well. I think the owner of the hotel should talk with the Church to avoid the sounds at least at night. Normal price for what you get."
