Great hotel, is clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, even though our Japanese wasn’t great, their breakfast is great and overall is a great place to stay in Amami. You will definitely need to rent a car where ever you stay in Amami because it makes everything a lot easier to get around the Island. Thank you to all the staff at the Hotel Caretta, we loved Amami and we felt very welcomed.

The hotel is very near one of Atami's many beautiful beaches. I stayed in the annex building, which needed some better upkeep. It appeared that the main building was nicer. The tropics certainly have more bugs! But generally, Hotel Caretta was a nice stay. The hot tub was nice, along with the breakfast. The pool was not heated.

初めての利用でしたが、口コミも良く、宿泊客も多く、朝食も種類が多くアットホームな感じでとても良かったです。初日部屋にハエが入っていたので、対策があれば良かったです。チェーンロックを掛けたら、出る時紐が短く外すのに10分位かかり、焦りました。こちらも改善お願いします。

Otrolig service!
Är så nöjd! Hotellet låg bra till och personalen var otrolig vänlig. Allt vi behövde hjälp med tog de sig tid för att lösa, och de tillgodosåg alla våra behov. Det fanns möjlighet att låna cyklar, snorkelutrustning, flygplatstransfer osv. Frukosten var över förväntan också och det låg i närheten av många fina stränder! Rekommenderar alla som besöker Amami att bo här. Tack för en underbar vistelse Caretta!

車なしの私達にとっては自転車を貸出していただけたのは有難く、観光地であるハートロックには２度行くことができました。 ただ、日が落ちると街灯がないので一気に暗くなり、周辺にレストランがないのも困りました。 良かった点は自転車同様、シュノーケルなどのマリングッズも貸出されていて、倉崎海岸でシュノーケルも楽しめたし、プールでは色んな種類の浮輪を楽しんだり、身体が冷えたらジャグジーにも入ることができ、ナイトプールでも楽しめました。 ホテルの建物は新しくなく、お部屋が少し独特な匂いがしたので空気清浄機をお借りしましたが、特に不便なく快適に過ごせました。
