"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . "The hotel staff is awesome - everyone I encountered was so friendly and willing to help lil non polish speaking me. Lots of choices and great things to try at the breakfast! Helpful staff there too.
