"Service from the moment we walked in to the moment we left was spot on. The lady spoke a little English and us even less Slovak but we smiled and laughed our way through the check in process. The room was surprisingly big (I think a suite) and and shower etc was well maintained. We slept well and enjoyed breakfast in the morning. For the money we paid I couldn't find flaw in anything"

"We were here for one night as a stopover on the way into the High Tatras. Our double room was spacious and clean. Check in was quick and easy, and staff were pleasant. We had laundry that we needed done, and they were very accommodating in fulfilling our request. Additionally, we were able to have access to a fridge, which we really appreciated. The location is perfect if you’re visiting the AquaCity park. Since we did not visit the park, it was a bit of a distance from the train station, but we...
