"From arrival to departure, the ambiance at Conrad Pune was excellent, and the staff provided warm, polite, and highly responsive service. A notable example was when I encountered a water leak from the shower, making the bathroom slippery and unsafe. Upon informing housekeeping, they promptly resolved the issue. The travel desk staff were very helpful with Uber bookings, and a dedicated manager ensured our stay was smooth and pleasant. Dining experiences were outstanding. Breakfast and dinner at Coriander Kitchen offered a wide variety, including healthy options. Kabana provided a serene poolside setting with a distinct menu, while Zeera stood out with its exceptional Indian delicacies. The only disappointment was Masu, the hotel’s bar. It did not cater well to business travelers or guests seeking a refined atmosphere. Early in the evening, the bar was empty, with no staff available. Later, private parties took over, with loud music spilling into Coriander Kitchen by 9 PM, disrupting dinner. Despite the staff’s best efforts, it remained intrusive for guests seeking a relaxed setting. Overall, Conrad Pune delivers superb service, elegant ambiance, and excellent dining. Would recommend a bar area appropriate for business travellers and people of 35+ age which would enhance their experience of the place. Conrad Pune certainly deserves 5 star ++ compared to other hotels in India."
