"When we arrived there Jane came out to meet us. We were very happy with it. The three of us went out to dinner beautiful dinner we had. She’s very easy to talk to. Very sociable. Very helpful. "The property for a perfect fit for a family. It was clean, tidy and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. the location is really good with plenty of unlimited street parking, nice walking tracks near by.If I'll visit Hobart again, I'll search this property to book first."

"Close to orford shops. Really good black out blinds. It has everything you need. Could maybe have brighter bulbs in the light fittings in the lounge, but otherwise really good. The hot tub was an added bonus. "

"Perfect location to walk to most restaurants, bars, stores, etc. Unit is spacious and has nice updated decor. Host was very responsive to all communication. Being an old warehouse space, just make sure whoever is in the other bedroom is on the same sleep/wake schedule as the walls/doors don’t have a lot of sound insulation and glass at top of walls let’s light into the bedrooms from living area. No parking with into but not too hard to find somewhere close by if needed."

"Absolutely fantastic stay at this property. Set in a wonderful, quiet but convenient location, the new and very well equipped property was perfect for our holiday. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. Everything you could wish for was provided, well above and beyond a standard service. "This location was very convenient for us to stay on a weekend away with out dog. The room was spacious and comfortable with access to a yard for our boy. Off street parking was good, our only criticism is the water pressure in the shower. "

"The house is a lovely little place to stay but the cleanliness was sub par. Extremely dusty, dead flys everywhere cobs webs visible in every room. Bread crumbs & coffee stains on the chopping board. "

"This is a great studio attached to the owners home with great parking with a nice area to sit outside and enjoy the view. The owners are very friendly and offered a number of suggestions for the area. The unit is a close to the beach as you can get and right next to great bars and restaurants. A provides great access to Hobart without having to be in the hassle of the city. "
