"This was my second stay at The Crown at Harnhill, and once again, it did not disappoint! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel right at home. "We are repeat customers. This is probably our 7th or 8th visit. Love the area...great for walks. Love how remote The High Corner Inn is. There seems to be a high staff turnover the past few years however bar and restaurant staff were excellent on this visit and couldn't have been more welcoming. Only two complaints...it has become quite expensive and the food quality is not as good. We all felt that the value for money in terms of food and drinks was not as good as in the past. "Despite arriving late in the evening, I was made to feel welcome. The room was freshly redecorated, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was lovely too. Staff all very friendly. I was told by the taxi driver how amazing the food is, but didn't get a chance to stay for dinner, maybe next time!"
