Nicely situated in the New Forest: just cross the street and stroll around in a beautiful landscape (don’t forget to bring your wellies). A very clean, warm and quiet place. Complete kitchen, but with limited storage space for a family of seven. Comfortable beds, but a bit too short for my length.wifi is fast (Starlink) and reliable."

Pictures on site are accurate, we asked for the twin beds to be fixed together to create a larger space, such luxury! "The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. The cottage was well equipped and spacious with modern amenities including a lovely coffee machine and range cooker. Unfortunately there were somethings that we felt could be improved on. "Good communication in advance of arrival, though more clarity on parking may have helped. Unit next to ours had a very loud barking dog which woke us up on a Sunday at 7am unfortunately… and triggered our dog to bark. The walls are quite thin for noise to travel in/out. Aside from that, it was a really great studio with all one would need! It is on a working farm but whilst that means potential activity outside the door, it also means great green-space and farm animals to enjoy as well!!"
