"The property was exactly as it was portrayed. It's definitely an older property and some of the furnishings are old as well. The weather was cold and rainy so we were not able to enjoy the outdoor deck or use the beach and all the toys they provided. The unit came equipped with a washer and dryer which was nice. Loved the parking situation underneath and there is definitely room for 3 vehicles if needed.Just a suggestion to the owner, it might be helpful to have more kitchen towels, cloths,...

"First off, we had a great time. The unit was spacious, the back deck was massive, and the pool was great for the kids. And really, you can’t beat the location and amazing views. That being said the place is aging and showing signs of wear and tear. We are not super picky but we do like when things are well kept and we appreciate that packaged-fresh hotel feel and this place doesn’t offer that. You can definitely achieve that feeling in this area for the price but you’d likely sacrifice the pool...

"Awful place, awful owner. I rented this place for my grandparents to stay at for a visit. It is a dump. Nothing updated since it was built in 1981. Carpets turn your socks black when walking around. Dimly lit everywhere with only a weird LED bar for light in one bedroom. No pillows provided, just awful plastic couch. Remote for TV has buttons missing. Everything is just OLD! Nasty left over food in fridge.Z"

"Great access to 275 and close to airport, downtown Tampa, Ybor city and stadium. Very cute house with the things you need. Plenty of space for a large family. Loved the kitchen. Neighborhood is not walkable… no side streets. "

"We gathered as a a family to celebrate a 60th Birthday. The property was perfect! We enjoyed all the amazing amenities! The kids loved the Lego wall, the putting green, the adult “kids” enjoyed ping pong and foosball challenges. The kitchen was well equipped and enough room at the table for all of us. My favorite spot was the main master suite’s soaking tub 😊"

"This was a beautiful house and Zoie was incredibly responsive with any issues, although there really were no issues. Caught plenty of fish off the dock and the kids bunk room was so cool for my children. Great place to stay and the golf cart was perfect to get to the beach so to have the intercostal and easy access to the beach was a unique opportunity. Thanks Zoie. "
