Had everything that was needed to enjoy the beach. Loved the quietness of the location and its easy access to other beaches, stores, and restaurants. Everything was so easy because I had all of my instructions early and would receive answers right away for any questions that I did have. "Stayed here with a group of 13 for an executive trip. The property was spacious but didn’t meet expectations based on the listing. The hot tub was broken and the pool wasn’t heated, despite being advertised as such. The kitchen sink leaked and a bathroom door was off its hinges.Communication was great before booking, but poor once we arrived. I reported missing trash bags via the check-in text and was promised some, but they never arrived. I had to buy cleaning supplies and trash bags...
