The hotel offers many options to make the bedroom more romantic and they even gifted me a bottle of sparkling wine which was rly kind of them. The pool was fun and the sauna as well. "Staff were exceptionally helpful with all aspects of our stay. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. We arrived several hours early and enquired if we could leave our luggage there to allow us to explore before we book in. The hotel was able to provide a room for us straight away and at no additional cost. We had initially booked a room with a balcony , however this room was on the top floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, my husband’s vertigo was exacerbated by this, and on explaining this to the hotel receptionist we were able to be given another room on the first floor without any hesitation and again without any additional cost to ourselves. This room, was slightly smaller ( which we were aware of when arranging an alternative room), it still had plenty of space within it. This kind of service we received was very much appreciated by us both and made a big difference to the enjoyment of our stay."
