"We stay twice at this hotel, and even extended a few days once. But there is one but. Location is great, its quiet, the pool is amazing, rooms are ok for the price you pay... But the service is really bad, at the reception. We arrived early the first time. The guy told us to wait one moment please. 4hrs later approx, we got our room. But he never gave us any details. Just would be nice to know where we stand from. We ask 3 times certain things during our stay, like a do not disturb sign, a bed...

perfect condition and comfortable stay
"super friendly staff, I really feel like home and for sure I will recommend this place. We had a direct access to pool ground floor room. It was excellent. one thing to take a note the shower area is relatively smaller. If big size person might be difficult to turn around freely in shower area. The mattress is not the simmons type which you will feel your partner's movement (most of hotel also like this). "
