Staff is excellent, very helpful and friendly! Good buffet breakfast and great in-house Canton restaurant. Limited international dining around the property, mostly local food only. No laundry facilities in the hotel. This hotel is great for business travellers, weddings and events!

Front desk and service staff are very nice and friendly. Especially the service staff are exceptional. The location is great. However, the luggage holder and iron and ironing board were not in our room when we checked in. I had to call front desk to have it delivered. But the executive room i booked should have these ready in the room. Overall, we are satisfied with our stay. Booked another stay in a week and see if the experience improved from housekeeping.
