"Lovely hotel, room was 10/10, good value. However quite thin walls, you could hear the chairs scraping on other floors (probably from the restaurant) which woke me up. Bathroom fan also ridiculously loud and annoying. Restaurant food was sub-par, slightly disappointing, the dishes did not match what was on the menu, definitely not worth the price. Staff were great and breakfast was lovely."

"One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The service was 11/10. Really attentive and friendly from all areas. Food menu not extensive but I enjoyed my meal. The pool was lovely. The changing room lockers being code rather than key was great and I liked the facility to be able to dry my costume. The room was spacious and modern with lots of plugs and had a separate shower as well as a bath. There was a fridge but it didn’t seem switched on. Didn’t faff but would have been nice if it was cold....

"One of the best hotels for customer experience I've been to: the staff were helpful, polite and always greeted you with a smile. I had contacted them on booking and said it was a special occasion, and when we arrived there was a lovely card and treat waiting for us as a surprise, such a lovely touch. The reception staff were also fantastic at catching my random emails asking for little things to ensure a special surprise for my partner wasn't spoiled; they played along and it went off without a...

"Great hotel in the centre of old Cambridge. "

"Great location! About a 5-10 minute walk to everything in Cambridge. The biggest pain is how bad the traffic is getting to the hotel and really only having the option for valet parking. But it was a wonderful stay. The staff was top notch as were all the facilities. Another guest had room service and left their tray in the hall for what seemed like a very long time. But other wise it was great!"

"Lovely property right next to Cambridge North train station. Dog friendly too! My dog receives a welcome pack with toys. The hotel is clean and also accessible to the bus stop serving Cambridge city centre. There is also a Coop across the street."
