Was given a room # while in water park at 130pm. When left water park before 7, the room was occupied. Went to front desk waited a while and was given another room which was occupied again. Then waited til after 9 and got another room. Which wasn't what I paid for. I paid for king and was given double queen. We missed family dinner reservation for dinner for my kids bday. Also missed the costume party in the lobby. And had to unfortunately sing happy bday to my kids in the lobby on a table due to our family that drove from Maryland leaving. Every reason we went was ruined and to top that off was charged twice for each room.

This place was quiet because we went off season but it was still pretty fun I and my husband snuck away without the children . And had an amazing time . There's so many thing to do without having snow so just imagine when it snow how much more enjoyable it will be . I'm looking forward to go back to enjoy the winter activities. Eventually we will have to take the kids but for now it'll be our lil secret 😁

The beginning was very good with the service of Nayeli and Bernadette in reservations and check in respectively ( they get 100/10). During the stay also, all good. After checking out, I got the receipt and I have been charged 100 dollars for a breakfast at Hemisphere, when we NEVER attended the restaurant. Getting a hold of a human with the automated phone is hell, and once I got someone I need to wait for accounting to investigate. Totally ridiculous.

I had me a funky good old time. I have no complaints. Only thing that water in the showers did not get that hot. Overall, my room was very spacious. My business is comfortable. It was nice and clean. I will most definitely recommend and stay again.

Poor Customer service. If the resort makes a mistake like in my case the front desk charged me for a room instead of a $100 accidental hold and it put my account in the negative. I didn’t except that large amount to come out. Wasnt aware until I got home. Called the desk 20 million times. All you get is the reservation ppl and they email the manager and you wait. I told them that i had no money they didnt care. But once my mother in law mentioned calling the cops they gave her the manager number to billing. Never again.
