"Excellent all around. My husband and I take at least one trip up to the Catskills area per year, but it’s usually twice, and this is the best hotel we’ve experienced. Service was lovely. "Never answered any calls or emails. Website says they were out of business and unavailable for my stay on that date after already booking, tried calling and emailing to confirm my reservation numerous times with no answer so I assumed they were no longer open. They charged my card at 11pm on the day of checkin (hours after my last email to them) assuming they saw this finally. Hasn’t responded to any sort of accommodation change for a later date or credit.
