The facilties are clean and the staff extremely helpful and professional. The decor is modern and tasteful and a good night sleep os almost gurabteed. We will definitelt return here on our next trip to Penang."

"Pleasant stay but far from the town area. Can be very jam to get here during holiday season. Restaurant staffs are not attentive and service is below average. Dining in is not recommended. Overall is a good place to relax with great sunset at the beach. Room is spacious. Suitable for family with small children."

"Way beyond our expectations in terms of service. From the minute we arrived, the service was impeccable. Upgraded to Rasa wing which came with added benefits such as a less crowded breakfast room, afternoon tea and cocktail hour. Buffet breakfast was also one of the best I’ve ever seen, so much choice. The beach is the only thing that lets it down."
