Once past the front desk, property felt old and dirty, like a remote country motel. We slept with our clothes on to not catch anything. Dirty rooms, small. Close to airport strips bars if that means anything.

I would rate this hotel at one tenth of one star. Very old building that was never taken care of and never updated. Very old rooms, mold on shower walls, sink and tub not draining, 1/2" gap under the entry door, window unit set to 78 degrees heat and it was all cold air, and many other issues. Do not waste your money staying at this dump.

Went on a cruise and the Hotel had shuttles from the airport and the cruise terminals. We were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and the Staff was absolutely Amazing. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was about a 3 mile walk from Raymond James stadium which was great after a Buccs win. What wasn’t great was the quality of sleep. It was a very loud building. The shower wasn’t great for a larger individual like myself but it got the job done. Free breakfast was minimal with bagels and waffles, no eggs, bacon, etc I typically see. For the price it was okay but likely won’t go back there for future visits.

The breakfast was good, parking was easy, location was perfect for landing from Tampa airport. My only complaint was that we called multiple times making sure a crib was ready for us & it took them over an hour to bring one for us. Which was hard with having two littles waiting up til after 10-11pm. Staff was nice though about it. Just would be nice if that was already in room when specifically asking for it.

I recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham in Florida, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The room was dirty and poorly maintained, making it feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The bathroom had constant water noises inside the walls, and the toilet kept running, adding to the overall unpleasantness. Additionally, the windows provided no sound insulation, making it impossible to get any rest due to outside noise. The mirror was broken, further emphasizing the lack of care and upkeep in the hotel. The conditions were so bad that I ultimately chose not to stay the night and instead went to the airport to sleep. I strongly advise others to reconsider before booking this hotel. Wyndham should address these issues immediately to ensure a better experience for future guests.

The staff was pleasant. Check in was easy. When I got to my room it was clean but no heat so they moved me to another room and the heat was working. The bed was a bit soft for but that’s just me I need a firm bed for my lower back. Good TV channels and they offer you dove soap, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Also the mall is a couple blocks down with eateries and shops. No complaints.

The property was in poor general condition, broken tiles, missing knobs, peeling paint etc. The phone did not work and TV had crack in the display. Room had a safe but no key to it. None of them apparently do. The floor was dirty, as was the bath. No soundproofing. Unexpectedly $100 taken off from credit card due to be returned on check-out but took two days to be released. Reception staff were clearly fed-up with everything. Breakfast cut off at 9am.
