Bedrooms 2 & 3: Queen beds, share a spacious guest bathroom nearby

All rooms feature light comforters, white linens, and iHome clocks

Outdoor Area: Covered lanai overlooking the pool, outdoor seating, charcoal grill, and warm lighting for evening ambiance

Laundry Room: Includes washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board (Note: locked linen closet is reserved for cleaning supplies—contact host if additional items are needed)

Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the entire home. Check-in is contactless, with a personalized door code and instructions sent prior to arrival. While we are not on site, we are just a message away for anything you need.

We take cleanliness seriously and follow strict protocols:

Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing before and after each stay, especially high-touch areas

Use of EPA-approved disinfectants in accordance with CDC guidelines

All linens and dishware are thoroughly cleaned between guests

Contactless check-in and check-out are always available

My family loved our stay at the Aquavilla! The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool and Davin was a great host. Even accommodated us on some last minute changes. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking in the area!

Great little spot

This house had everything we needed for four adults and four children plus one pup. The owner was extremely communicative before, during, and after we stay there. He answered any questions we had making our stay that much more enjoyable. This house was spotless and checked all our boxes for a comfortable stay for 8. We were in town to hit Busch Gardens which is only a 15 minute drive making this a perfect place to stay.

Great property and host!

Property was in great condition, very clean, well stocked and comfortable. The host was incredibly accommodating and his communication was on point. Property was less than 2 miles from the Raymond James stadium which was great for us. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

We loved it ... first time staying and we were pleased ... staff and the home was clean and very welcoming. My whole family had a great time ...the only regret was why we didn't stay longer!
