"Staff were very helpful arranging taxis etc. It is a very tranquil setting and loved to return to the peace and quiet after a busy few hours in the Souks. It didn't appear very busy but that might be because of the layout of the riads and tentes scattered around the grounds. Lovely gardens and opool area/ Rooms were a little dark but I think that was the nature of them. Good breakfasts and meals; in fact there was good service at all times. "We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, its good if you want to lounge around and eat all day. We visited in February we had good weather in the week we stayed, so was surprised that the water in the pool was freezing. I was surprised at the limited pool space given the 5 star rating and the fact that the pool area was very basic looking. "Beautiful hidden gem for a 2-3 day stay. The only recommendation is to have more options on the menu for lunch and dinner because it is pretty much the same for both. The waiters are very friendly and respectful and made our stay great. The hammam is excellent and good value. The place is great value on a whole.
