"Excelente atendimento. O apto é bem amplo com 1 cama de casal e 2 de solteiro. Inúmeros canais de TV paga e aberta, todos disponíveis. Detalhe apenas para a limpeza do difusor de água do chuveiro que estava sujo de detritos da água, quase impedindo o fluxo. parabéns pela coleta da água dos apaelhos ..."

"The place was filthy, with bugs, broken furniture, dirty sheets and towels. I paid for 8 days but left on the first day. I had to pay for a different hotel. Tried to call and communicate with them. No answer. I went there twice but they said only Expedia could solve my problem. I have lots of pictures ..."

"Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information ..."
