The WiFi doesn’t worked, the area around was terrible, supermarket and mall far away, the pool was good, Iracema Beach pretty tho, breakfast is not included, and you have to pay extra money for it…Anyway I was expecting more for this experience, I didn’t has

Location is great inside comfort so-so
The location was perfect. Many good restaurants nearby the beach was very close. The view we had was great. The inside of the apartment had a few issues the washing machine was loud and didnt qork properly. The aor didnt cool down quickly amd also left a terrible staining on the wall. But for the price and the location it was worth it.

Well the place is clean and in a good location and has a washer. But, if you don’t mind that the oven and the freezer don’t work, then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that there is no hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that the WiFi goes in and out all day and night then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that the bathroom sinks are the size of an American football then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that there is hardly anything to cook with then you will love this place. If you don’t mind that this place will have no toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, condiments, coffee maker, and all the things you need for an extended stay then you will love this place. If you like pillows, not pillowcases, that smell like dirty stinking sweat then you will love this place. If you like a couch that you can’t really sit or lie down on because all you can feel is the pieces of wood that is holding it together then you will love this place. So if all this is good for you then have a nice stay.

O condominio é bom, tem boa área de piscina. E o bar da piscina tem uma boa comida. O aposento não estava bem preparado para nossa chegada. Porta de correr do quarto não fechava, as pias entupidas, o chuveiro da suite torto, joando a agua na direção da parede. A cozinha não tinha quase utensílios, somente uma panela grande e uma pequena. Não tinha maquina de café ou cafeteira. Fizemos café na panelinha. Somente um dia antes a camareira conseguiu mais um bule, uma frigideira e alguns utensílios, porque insisti com a administradora. A camareira Mari foi muito gentil.

Bom, porém depende…
O Beach Class em si é muito bom, uma vaga de garagem, localização excelente e limpeza excepcional. A empresa que administra os apartamentos que deixam muito a desejar. Não tem Wi-Fi no próprio apartamento, eles SEMPRE erram os dias da reserva (mandam menos dias no qual a gente pagou) aí tem todo o transtorno pra gente tentar provar que estamos ainda hospedados aos funcionários do Beach Class. Não tem o básico, como por exemplo sabonete, shampoo. SOLEMAR tem que melhorar muito nas administrações dos apartamentos.

Apartamento bom, porém não volto por adm do apartm
O apartamento é bom, camas confortáveis, tudo limpo. Sendo que falta algumas coisas no apartamento, tem vassoura e não tem pá para juntar o lixo, um pouco sem sentindo, entre outras coisas que falta. Porém a comunicação com a mobiliária responsável é terrível , só respondem o que quer, passei três dias pedindo ferro de passar e responderam que iria arrumar e nada foi feito, pelo menos responder que não iria arrumar o ferro, mas na hora de receber dinheiro da diária de uma pessoa a mais, respondem direitinho e bem rápido. Aparamento e o condomínio é maravilhoso. porém achei péssimo quem faz administração, se o dono(a) do apartamento ver esse comentário, recomendo que troque a administração do local. Só passei raiva com eles desde do momento do chekin da recepção. Não voltarei só pela administração do apartamento. Quem fazer a reserva, já vai sabendo que vai passar raiva.
