"O Flat tem uma localização perfeita, sua estrutura é excelente, o que deixou a desejar é o atendimento junto a administração do flat. Demoram muito para resolver, quando encontram a solução é de forma unilateral, sem levar em conta os interesses do cliente. Chegando lá encontrei, um vazamento no vaso, informei a administração e só foi resolvido quase 18 horas depois. Tive que ficar e não foram prestativos e rápidos na solução. Foi no tempo deles, sem tentar resolver com brevidade."
