The Volunteers are a vibe if you are looking to connect with new people or if you are solo and want a surf buddy. "I stayed with my two nephews who just turned 18. The location was great. Stores and restaurants right outside the entrance of the property. An 8 minute walk to the beach and the main area of El Tunco. We used the pool on property everyday. We enjoyed lounging in and around the pool. It was very quiet and peaceful. "We had the pleasure of spending our holiday weekend at this Punto Palmarcito estate. The entire home was a perfect amount of space for 18 of us. We could have definitely fit 3-5 more if we shared more beds. The staff that helps with the property was so helpful. We had breakfast made for us every morning and it was so affordable. They helped us with grocery shopping and errands too! The pool was clean and maintained by the groundskeeper. Fenced in property for that extra layer of security....
