"Great hotel if changing flights at KUL. Very close to T1 and with easy access to KLIA express for trip to T3 or quick jaunt into the city. Free buggy transfer from Level 2 of T1 to the hotel is a fun bonus, but the walk, in a covered walkway, is really just a few minutes. The hotel has a small convenience store near reception for any snacks or last minute needs. Staff are very friendly, rooms are a good size.,, and friendly, helpful and smiling buggy drivers have F1 aspirations…. Exhilarating, great fun "

"For the price, it was good value for money, the bed had clean sheets and was comfortable, the bathroom was in need of repair as the handle on the shower door was broken, that said the shower was good and hot. Could of done with windows, as there wasn't any in the room's and maybe outside seating in the smoking area. The breakfast was simple but nice and the staff lovely and helpful. We all agree that we would stay here again."

"I checked in and my bed side Lamp was not working. Had to call housekeeping. No hot water to bathe until I checked out two days later. When I checked in, it was 10 pm and raining. I had no help to get to my room which was in a jungle and me dragging my bag into a dark unknown. I hated it. All wet and tired. No onceirge….? Toilet paper nil. Tissue paper nil. Very scarce and basic amenities. Considering i paid for premium water front chalet. Absolute let down. Will not stay again. "

"Clean basic hotel about 15 mins from Sepang International Airport and F1 circuit. Many food places including Malay, Thai, Chinese but did not see an Indian restaurant near-by. Would stay here again."
