"What excellent accomodation. It had everything we needed for our holiday and was very clean and well equipped. Our hosts were excellent. The time Ruth spent with our grandchildren feeding the farm animals is a very fond memory that I will cherish. The swimming pool the views, the home made welcome scones all made for the most wonderful and happy holiday. (and the sun shone!) what more could you ask for. Thank you for filling our memory bank with such happiness Penquite Farm. We shall return "

"Stunning location , stunning property. Perfect set up for large party gathering as facilities were open plan. Lots to keep everyone entertained with the stunning swimming pool and games room. Hot tub perfect for relaxation overlooking the stunning coastline."

"Property has a great location and fantastic views. A particular feature was the sitting room with large sash window. Inside property a little tired and would have benefited from an extra bathroom given it can sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay."

"The property was lovely - clean and spacious. Very nicely maintained with some fun wall decor throughout the house. Access was a little challenging up a spiral staircase although this was clearly stated at booking. Due to this, not advisable for elderly/frail people."

"The property was spacious and clean with amazing views over the river however there were slight difficulties with the parking it is in a lay by round a bend on a busy Rd going past the property although the host advises parking outside to drop luggage off but this was not easy to do. The layby could do with a mirror opposite to see ongoing traffic as you drive in and out. The host was very helpful with any extra questions we had and we would stay here again. out"

"We stayed at Keepers Cottage for 6 days in early October. The cottage, although very compact, has everything you need, and more. The hosts have really thought of everything when it comes to facilities for your dogs. The secure exercise field was an absolute favourite with Nougat and Sully, our two bull terriers, they were just so excited to go in there each morning, and last thing each day. Its also great having a safe enclosed area outside the front of the cottage for them to do their business....

"Beautiful property in a beautiful part of Cornwall. Located on a farm in the Higher Tregawne area. Perfect for a weeks stay, our converted barn was well equipped & had beautiful views across the north Cornish countryside. A nice touch was to find a selection of goodies incl. wine on our arrival. It would have been nice to meet our hosts at least once during our stay but unfortunately this wasn’t to be. Overall though, great value for money & we really enjoyed our stay."

"Spectacular views, clean modern and tastefully decorated, we contacted the property manger when we arrived with a couple of questions and "immediate response and follow up" Walking the beach in the mornings, photographing the wild pheasants, talking to the friendly neighbors, are just some of the activities we embarked upon. We ate at 4 of the restaurants recommended from the comprehensive information materials in the kitchen. Cooking dinner while watching the fishing boats on the Atlantic...

"Had a wonderful stay at Winnie’s view. Great location for accessing the harbour area and wonderful views. Good comfy facilities in the house, and the extra fridge in the garage was needed ! nice wee garden for dogs As noted on the listing the house and the location is not suitable for everyone due to the steepness but we loved the climb up and down to the harbour. Parking is limited but fine for one car. We will definitely use this place again, thanks"
