"We had a wonderful experience during our two-week stay at the Bai Hotel. Overall, the experience was very positive. The front desk staff were exceptionally accommodating, and the security personnel were attentive, providing excellent customer service. The housekeeping team did a great job addressing our needs throughout our stay, even though we opted not to have daily room cleanings. They ensured we had everything we required. The gym was clean and equipped with everything necessary for a quick workout, and the elevators were quiet and functional. We encountered no issues with traffic. We spent an enjoyable evening at the rooftop bar and most of our breakfasts at the Wall Street Coffee Shop, conveniently located on the premises. However, I would recommend that management look into improving two areas. First, the currency exchange rates need to be more competitive compared to what we found at other exchange services. Second, the driveways could be better maintained, with attendants directing traffic more effectively. There were multiple instances when two vehicles were parked directly in front of the entrance, blocking access. During our stay, we rented a car and used the underground parking structure, and on more than two occasions, we encountered double-parked vehicles. Addressing this issue would likely reduce frustration for guests. Despite these minor concerns, I highly recommend Bai Hotel to anyone planning a visit to Cebu."
