"Quiet on weekends with limited stores open. Weekdays are ideal, near restaurants, bars, stores, groceries, museums and parks. Staff very accommodating . Pool area is a little run down and balcony furniture would be appreciated . Good value for price."

"We stayed for two weeks. Nice neighborhood, short walk to the subway. The laundry service across the street is good and inexpensive. Desk staff wonderful. Room, furnishings, appliances all in good shape and good working condition. If you want a good value, no frills, convenient place to stay, this place is perfect. Three suggestions for management: 1) Instead of a coffee table and large wood chair, put a small dining table and 2 small dining chairs in the living room. 2) Do a more thorough job...

Very friendly Staff

"Smooth Check in and Check out. Room was clean except the washroom was not cleaned from previous Check out, toilet bowl had poo sticking, both sinks were dirty with stuff from the nose, didn't complain to the front desk as we were tired from 20 hour flight and all day sight seeing. Breakfast was good. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again"

"We enjoyed staying at this hotel and stayed here twice. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar where we were introduced to Peruvian pisco sours by the excellent waiter Daniel. The downtown Santiago area is becoming quite rundown so we are now tending to stay in the Providencia area. But this hotel is in a good location for walking to downtown tourist sites and there are several good restaurants nearby"
