Our apartment faced the street, so it could be noisy, especially at night, but I actually enjoyed seeing and hearing the nightlife. I absolutely loved the location. Cleanliness was so-so. The apartment itself was clean, however the furniture, especially the couch, was not. It was pretty dirty and stained- felt more like a college dorm as far as furniture goes. The entrance was in a back alley, the host was rude, there were cats all over the hallways and the place smelled like urine, the hallways were dirty, etc. I checked in and immediately found a new place to stay. Do NOT book this room unless the alternative is the actually curb and even then, I'm not sure the curb isn't a better option. "

"We stayed 3 nights. I found the incessant messaging about check in and deposit (over and over even when it was completed) cumbersome. However, once in the apartment it was lovely in a fantastic location with a great view. 2 bed 2 bath. Our only issue is the inability to make the ac cool the common areas and upstairs bedroom. Those got very warm at night and the remote would not lower the temp or increase the fan speed. "
