"My best friend and i stayed at this hotel to celebrate our 40th birthdays in Phuket. The hotel is beautiful and they have great staff and services all around. The shuttle is very convenient and cheap, Patong beach and Patong city are both close by. But what makes this hotel and experience far above any other stay anywhere else comes down to one single person, Pond. "This is a BIG resort. It's also showing its age in some ways. The two of those factors I think are why some reviews are negative. The property is well maintained, and the staff is helpful but spread thin by the size of the resort. "

"Excellent service, food, and drinks. Always felt looked after and doted upon by the staff. Pools were beautiful and all facilities were clean and modern. The only negative was that we had a street-facing room with the Hard Rock cafe next door which could be noisy until late. However, this was a small price to pay for everything else which was fantastic. Highly recommend this resort."

"My stay at the Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa was an amazing experience, the staff were all so friendly and the rooms were very neat and clean when we first checked in. The amenities they had were incredible and the whole resort was very neat, 10/10 stay and I would definitely recommend this beautiful resort to anyone wanting to have the best stay in Phuket."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Nature phuket the staff were superb and very helpful and accommodating we would recommend this hotel . The only thing that i would have appreciate even more is if there was a separation partition between the beds . But all in all we really enjoyed our stay. "

"This is a beautiful hotel to stay at if you are going to enjoy all the amenities that it offers. We absolutely loved out stay here but we went to patong a lot and island hopping so we did not spend much time at the hotel. If you are planning to relax and stay at the hotel in a quiet area, I would recommend staying here "
