First os all, we would like to apologize for such a delay in rating the Sukabura Inn, especially since we had a wonderful experience. The owner, Hiro, was attentive, helpful and cooked a superb breakfast (Japanese and Western!). We had good bikes to ride around the island, and the inn was at a very quiet part of the already peacful island, so we could hang out at the porch just listening to the wind and birds. The excellent bathroom was always clean, as was the room, which had effective A/C lots of space.

A friendly family run traditional Japan guesthouse
A wonderful family run guesthouse on the beautiful Taketomi island. The owner was very caring and understanding of our special requirements during our stay. Although it is usually not the norm to check in before 3pm, he allowed us to check in at 8am in order that we could get the wedding that we were attending on time.
