"The apartment was fine and clean. Only we had not received any check-in information and it took an hour of calling to get in. And the apartments are very noisy, the second night we had guests above us who made noise until 1am. I knocked on the door and then it was quiet."

"The layout of the property is good, with laundry facilities! The down sides are: 1. No usb port; 2. The fire exit light is green and too bright at night that brighten the whole room. 3. The blinds are too light that didn’t block the sunlight. Wake up very early in the morning as the beds all face the windows."

"Stay away from this hotel: no person in the front desk; the heat was not working (-2 Celsius); no one answered the phone for customer service … worst nightmare for my stay in a foreign country that only a few persons speak English. "The room was very comfortable, clean and fresh. There was a charging cable provided. The spa was excellent - well maintained, large, hot pools on two floors including the rooftop Onsen which was enjoyable. Nice toiletries at the spa. Enjoyed the mushroom tea from the lobby. Very close to Oita Station, take lift to level 8 to hotel lobby. Food easily accessible at Amu Plaza."

"I stayed at the Myajima branch of the Grandvrio Hotel. It's very much catered to Japanese guests, and once again, I was the only European, but I don’t mind. There's plenty of room space and lots of amenities. Dinner is always nice, and breakfast is just as good. I really like the Grandvrio Hotel chain."
