"This was my second stay. For the money Richly is great value. The owners are very friendly and helpful and my room with balcony was clean. The owners went out their way for me with ordering tuk tuks and helping to order food for delivery. Great place. Will definitely stay again!"

"Location was good. The room size was nice. No hot water at all. We didn’t had any breakfast. On the first day no one was there to give us breakfast, on the second day the barista didn’t turn up, so they gave us 5$ to go and get our own breakfast.shower/toilet was smelly(shower head was broken in one of the shower,so we had to use the hose pipe itself),we had to keep on ask for toilet paper, because there wasn’t any. Taps were dirty in the shower room."

"This is the worst experience i ever had. i have been travelling for so many countries, checked in to so many hotels, guesthouse & hostel, i never expected that i would have to face this kind of bad traveling experience. checked in at this hostel for 3 nights with VIP room, but the room was not well maintained. no water. no lift and we have carry heavy bag to 4th floor by stairs. our 2nd night, after long day exploring the city, we back at our room, water was everywhere in the room due to heavy...
