"We enjoyed our stay. On arrival we expected there to be beds in both rooms, but only the two queen beds were set up. The owner gave us approval to set up the other room also. We had some trouble with the wifi, but they gave us a pocket wifi to use. They were very accommodating and responsive. Only thing was only 1 hotplate in kitchen is functioning (as 2nd one too close to wall so fire hazard so it’s inoperable). This was challenging for us as we have family allergies and booked it because it...

"This was our first Dormy Inn stay and it won’t be our last. The baths, the staff, the ability to do laundry and eat ice pops were just the beginning. Plus! When my suitcase didn’t arrive, Tanaka was able to locate it. "

"Esperienza eccezionale dal check-in al check-out. Stanza piccola ma confortevole e dotata di tutto, cuscini e materasso comodissimo. Bagno essenziale ma perfetto. In reception era disponibile tutto il necessario e anche di più (fino alla maschera per il viso e alla cera per i capelli). Posizione ottima accanto alla stazione. Colazione buona. "The hotel is close to Hiroshima station, about a 10-minute walk. Great WiFi and working AC. The hotel provided free coffee and tea in the room. Even though the room was small, I had amazing views of the river side. Great choice at this price range."

Clean and good location

"This hotel is in a great location, close to the train station and easy access to the tram system if you wish to take it to the Peace Park. Walkable to the shops and restaurants of the more central (?) area of downtown. The size of the room, well, it’s Japan. Two of us with one rolling duffel bag each was pretty cramped, but we made it work. The hotel is clean! It was nice to be able to do laundry in their machines. "

"I reserve 5 atar reviews for hotels like this. I booked an executive room and it was nicer than most hotel suites, all for a very reasonable price. The room was huge, clean and comfortable, the location was within walking distance of the peace memorial and the pool was gorgeous at night. One of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed in. Faultless. Only thing is i wish the wxecutive lounge had food there all day. "
