"Beautiful vista, food was great (strongly recommend doing a dinner reservation AND a breakfast reservation) owner was extremely kind and generous. He spoke better English than I spoke Japanese, which made it extremely easy to meet in the middle. 10/10 experience."

"Good location. Comfortable traditional Japanese beds. Little table in room and small clothes hanging area along with own sink. Shared bathroom was OK, no issues with queuing for the shower or toilet. There was a separate toilet for male/female. No outdoor shoes throughout the property, but slippers are provided. Shared lounge is spacious and had tea and coffee available throughout the day. Kitchen small but with a range of things to use if you wished to cook in. Big fridge for sharing, just...

"We loved our stay here - our room was large and comfortable and well equipped and the breakfast was excellent. Location was perfect - so close to the station but also walkable distance to all the main sights. Only downside to our room was that there are no windows to open and the one window was frosted. Beware that while there are lifts inside, it’s about 30 steps up to reception which can make for a challenging time with luggage! "
