"The room was not expensive so the value was good. It’s easy walking to the train station so there’s food etc. they’re nice too."

"I have never stayed in a worse hotel in my life. The stentch in the rooms, horrible bathrooms. No amenities pretty awful. The politeness and service of the Japanese people made it better but it was pretty awful. I wish we could get a refund or a voucher. We thought of leaving but it was too late ! "
