"I stayed in the dorm at this location and it was a great stay. Extremely clean rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable new beds with individual lights and sockets, free use of hot water, drinking water, fridge, kitchen facilities, towels and hairdryer. "一轉進台東老宿舍的巷子，我就有點後悔了，我只能說它把原本的景觀保留得很好。如果沒住過其它背包客棧，我覺得這樣的價格和服務是合理的，但因為我住過花蓮火車站附近更好的，下次就不會想再住這裡了。 這裡的蚊子有點多，同時因為我傍晚出門後大概12點才回來，我會覺得那邊的燈光有點昏暗，會讓我有點害怕。 優點是小管家人很親切，提供沐浴乳／洗髮精／飲水機／茶包／杯子／公共空間／拖鞋。摩托車和汽車的停車位很足夠。距離鐵花村／台東轉運站／華納威秀都是走路5分鐘就可以到，鐵花路兩端都有全家，買東西也很方便。"
