"We stayed here for one night on the trip from Hualien through to Kaohsiung. We had 3 rooms. 2 rooms were without specific problems, albeit looking like they could do with a good clean. However, the other room actually had a pair of trousers in it (shock, horror, I know), which just made us wonder how much it had been cleaned. A paper clip on the floor - OK its small, it can be missed. A pair of trousers - considerably more difficult to miss. There were quite a few bugs in the room - tiny...

"Overall, great experience! Check in process was seamless and they even recommended a driver to take us around Taitung which ended up to be an excellent experience! The room was new and clean. The bathroom shower could use a little update. The grout was a little moldy. It was nice the hotel has a laundry room. Washing is free and you pay $50NTD to dry your clothes. The breakfast has mostly Taiwanese food which was great for me but my son would have preferred some western options. However, given this is a local hotel it’s understandable. They offered guests free shuttle service to the train station which was great! Overall, highly recommend this hotel!"
