Great Location near Shilin night market. A lot of restaurants near by as well as convenient store like 7-11 and family mart. Public transportation is not far from hotel as well. Hotel staff was extremely helpful toward my mom's stay there. Highly recommended.

Old property, spacious and clean Easy to get anywhere with MRT. I think they need to train their personnel on customer service. I stayed at Ambience Hotel for the last two weeks of my trip and see a big gap on the customer service, friendly helpful and make me feel at home.

Hotel staff was excellent in taking care of my mom needs prior to arrival when I contacted them. During her stay at hotel the staff went above and beyond in assisting with her questions. The first stayed the lamp was broken. The following week the window curtain fell and I told them but stayed that way till I checked out. The staffs some friendly some were not. The room is spacious and quality furnitures and amenities. The location is closed to MRT and Shilin market.the price is reasonable until there were sports competition.

There was a lingering cigarette smell though there was a sign that indicated No Smoking. Bed linens have a stale smell. Bathroom was big but super cold. Bath towels were so thin and frayed at the edges… should consider to provider fresh clean linens. Location is good but noisy.

年末年始に宿泊しました。部屋は清潔で、バスタブとシャワー室が別々になっていて使いやすかったです。 スタッフの方もアットホームで感じが良かったです。 年末年始に宿泊したためか、缶ビールやカップラーメン、お菓子等のサービスがあり嬉しかったです。 駅もさほど遠くなく、士林夜市にも徒歩で行ける距離なので毎晩夜市に行って楽しめました。MRTに乗れば空港や中心部へのアクセスも良いです。ホテルの向かいにはファミリーマートがあり便利でした。
