Nice place offered water, crackers, and fruits for the afternoon reception, for the night snack they had a free cup of noodles. Would be nice to have a tea and coffee available for the guests in the lobby. Rooms were comfortable but little bit outdated.

The room, location and service was tip top. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The front desk even remembered I had an early flight and helped me call a taxi which arrived in 5 mins. Very attentive staff, spacious and comfortable rooms

My sister and I enjoyed our 2-night stay. Our room was nice, clean and spacious. Hotel very thoughtfully offered 24-hr complimentary snacks at the lobby. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It was overall a very pleasant stay.

Staff is very accommodating and friendly. A lot of nice touches like snacks/water in lobby, umbrellas and yukatas to borrow. Building is beautiful but sort of old. Rooms were very spacious and luxurious with some suboptimal designs (like a shower that has no hooks on the outside). The location of the hotel is very close to bus lines, but is in a lull of the city that isn't immediately in a bustling area. Would recommend, but keep in mind you will need to travel (10-20 min bus ride) to get to places of interest.
