This place is worth of money with convenient location, staff are very friendly and kind. They are very helpful to show us directions and recommendations to go around the city clearly. Friendly and helpful staff. The room came with complimentary snacks and water. Not a lot of space in the room to arrange luggages however was manageable. The only inconvenience is the poor and inconsistent Internet/wifi connection. Disconnects at times and requires monitoring so you don’t end up using your own data.

The sound insulation between the rooms and the corridor is poor - many of the rooms are directly opposite the lifts and you can see daylight under the doors so the sound travels straight into the rooms.

Great staff. They were professional, helpful, and friendly. They acknowledge your presence. Housekeepers cleaned up my room very well. Around the afternoon when I requested at the lobby if I could get my room cleaned, the staff was willing to get the request out immediately to the housekeeper on my floor. Room is spacious.

The room is small as expected and not very new, and needs improvement with sound insulation. However, the staff service is incredible! I had an incident where I need to see a Dermatologist on a Friday evening. As a foreigner my option was limited to Emergency Room, but the staff was super helpful and found me a Dermatologist near the hotel. Super grateful for everything they did for me 🙏 Overall this is a decent hotel and great value!
