“Staff were helpful and friendly, and the robot that delivers items to your room was a nice touch. However, there were some issues that impacted my stay. There was no soap by the wash basin, which meant I had to bring the shower soap over each time I wanted to wash my hands—very inconvenient. More seriously, I experienced bug bites during my stay, which has me concerned there may have been bed bugs. Out of caution, I canceled my reservation for my return trip. I hope the hotel looks into it thoroughly, as this could really affect other guests.”
