Very dirty. I stayed for three days and the room was not cleaned for three days. The sheets and pillows in the room smelled bad and the carpet was stained by cockroaches. I have changed rooms but the situation is the same. I will never choose this hotel again.

The bathroom and shower were clean. But the carpeting had multiple deep stains. Also, there was a dirty wheelbarrow outside the elevator door during the entire time of my five-day visit. It felt as if my floor of the hotel was a work site.

They offer gifts for 5-star ratings, which makes the entire rating system unreliable. Only the third room I changed to met acceptable cleanliness standards. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a bit run down but with such price you should not expect much. (Some room has newer facilities a bit) . My room has water leakages from aircon so they changed room for me right away after 10 mins . Staff is super friendly, location is convenient, walking distance to Taipei main station

A fantastic place with great location
Pleasant stay for family or group of travellers. Spacious room with a surprisingly spacious toilet area too. Also a great location, easy reach to Ximending & Taipei Main Station. Friendly staff too..:)
