"Staff were helpful and not overly chatty. Checked in at 5pm only to be told room was not ready for at least another hour. When check-in time is supposed to be 2pm/3pm. Good paid parking. Hotel appeared to operate on skeletal staff. Room was very spacious and clean however, there was a big gap between floor and door which allowed cold air and noise to travel into room.
