近くに他のホテルに泊まるのをお勧め
外見と写真は奇麗に見えますが、ホテル自体は古くて、以前にあるホテルの名前を変えてリニューアルオープンみたい。廊下には変な臭いがあり、照明も暗い、窓が閉めれないなど工事が中度半端にしているので、不安を感じる。　　食事は表示された時間帯を守れない、小さいハエがパンの上にとまっているのは毎日見える。　　部屋掃除も毎日行われず、従業員が休みであれば客室の掃除と備品補充が一切行われなかった。

經營隨便的老式飯店
入住當天還有用過的肥皂留在浴室，真是讓人吃驚。 早餐用餐的桌椅是會議桌或是像咖啡店的矮桌搭配沙發椅，或是不知道該怎麼形容的矮桌椅，完全不適合讓人用餐，令人覺得隨便經營的態度有點無極限。 雖然我們知道對於這樣的房價不應該要求太高，但整各接洽的過程(約莫有講了超過10次的電話)實在讓人很辛苦，再加上這次三天兩夜的住宿經驗，以後絕對不會再住這了。

隔音效果極差,房間光線昏暗,水壺很髒,工作人員專業度待加強.

最差的一次住房經驗
不好的住宿體驗。以下列點分享 一、12月中時在Hotels.com預定12/31-1/2的房間，網站表示預定成功，並且入住時才取費用，預定當天也去電飯店是否訂房成功，也向他們表示我們會延遲入住，飯店表示ok，也未向我們要求先匯訂金。12/31當天晚上，我們從台北坐高鐵南下時，卻接到飯店的電話，表示不匯訂金就無法保留房間，讓我非常錯愕，一來是為什麼不事先跟我們說，到要入住時才說，二來是我在高鐵上根本也無法匯款，下高鐵才急忙找ATM匯款，這點讓我覺得飯點服務很不好，也打亂我們的行程。 二、房間跟照片差很多，照片內顯示房間很現代化和古典，卻只有大廳很現代化，住宿的部分非常老舊，除一進門就有一隻死蟑螂外，燈和床旁邊的控制板也壞掉，浴室內也多所斑駁和陳舊，插座也脫落掉落，我們從照片上看到的房間和實際差距很大，多少有種被騙之感。 三、房務人員忘記把早餐券給我們，我們後來自己去問之後，才把早餐券補上，我們去反映燈壞掉之事，飯店人員承諾隔天早上會去修理，去也沒處理，飯店服務很不優。 總結：這是我最爛的一次住房經驗了，以後再也不會考慮這間
