每個房間存獨特主題，我鐘意呀！我入住兩晚不同主題房，簡直喜出望外，原因係第一晚入主米奇房，半夜冷氣機滴水，第二日早上成功要求轉Hello Kitty房間，但唯一有待改善的就是check in 時未能舆工作人員聯絡，因沒有酒店名，大堂鐵閘及電梯上鎖，還未辦妥入住手續係不得其門而入

地點很讚！隔音不太好～
步行幾分鐘就能到熱鬧的逢甲夜市，晚上非常寧靜～室內隔音較差，其他房客走動、交談的聲音很明顯！睡夢中被腳步聲、談話聲吵醒很多次～

沒有大堂，來到當日一位男士what app 我，之後下樓接待，走廊比較殘舊，隔音唔太好，走廊有部水機
近夜市都好方便，地方似平價民宿，床和枕頭都算舒服，我要求兩張雙人床並在一起他也幫我做到，也有借給我小兒沐浴盤，房間都算大，這個價錢也算合理，但因為沒有人給我們整理房間，我住了兩天，所以很多垃圾沒有清理放在房間，特別是台灣很難找到街外垃圾桶，很多垃圾都會帶回酒店才掉去，住宿都算安全，因為出入電梯都要拍卡才按到，出電梯後也要拍卡才可進入走廊，之後先再到房間門口，整體可以接受。

太差了！
隔音超差，部冷氣每10分鐘就會發出好像開水龍頭的水聲，嘈到不得了，跟本冇辦法好好休息，一定不可能再入住，太差了！

房間與衛浴都小小的，但有提供電視、冰箱、wifi，地點離逢甲夜市很近。旅館沒有櫃台，從外觀看不到歐薇三館的招牌，在抵達前要先自行聯繫老闆拿鑰匙。
